These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Lenti elite, through the website www.lentielite.com to consumer users. These general conditions are effective as of the date of acceptance of the same by the customer on the site, which is valid for all purposes as acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the civil code. The company reserves the right to modify these general sales conditions at any time by reporting them on the site. Mow to purchase

Products are purchased through access to the site and registration. For each of the products, a description is available on the website containing the main features of the same. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material.

Delivery Methods

Lenti elite can accept orders only with delivery in the European territory.
Delivery costs are free in Italy.
No responsibility can be attributed to Lenti elite in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order. Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered;

Warranty

Returns And Exchanges

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
You have a period of 15 days, after delivery, to return any product that does not present any damage or deterioration caused by use.
The term begins once you have received your glasses. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

HOW TO CHANGE A PRODUCT
